The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                   
                                                                                                    
    SENATE BILL NO. 132(efd fld)                                                                    
    "An Act relating to complaints filed with, investigations, hearings,                            
    and orders of, and the interest rate on awards of the State                                     
    Commission for Human Rights; and making conforming                                              
    amendments."                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
SB 132(efd fld) was removed from the Rules Committee and referred                                   
to the Finance Committee.
